TILLMAN COUNTY 4-H MEAT ID. CONTEST HELD

Tillman County 4-H held their annual meat  identification contest March 25^th at the fairgrounds. Students from across the county identified various cuts of meat

from pork,lamb,and beef. Participation in the event helps contestants learn meat identification as well as cookimg methods. The results of the county contest are:
