Private Applicator Packets are available for $15.00
at the OSU Extension Office.
2013 is the re-certification year for Private Applicators in Oklahoma. Current Private Applicators cards do not expire until December 31, 2013 but must be re-certified this year to keep a valid card for the next cycle. The next Private Applicator cycle will run through December 31, 2018.
Current Private Applicators cannot use the 2008 test packet to re-certify. ODAFF will not accept the 2008 test from current private applicators for re-certification and will send those back to the applicator. Current Private Applicators must wait for the new 2013 packets to be issued before they re-certify. The 2013 Private Applicator packets will be ready by July or August this year.
New individuals that do not currently have a private applicator card can use the 2008 packets to become certified. ODAFF will push these new private applicators into the next cycle which runs from 2013-2018 if they use the current 2008 packet. They must send that test in to get certified before the new 2013 tests are issued in July or August to be valid. Once the 2013 tests have been issued ODAFF will not accept 2008 tests.
