This list is beneficial for members who need to look up specific requirements for fair entries. This is what the judges are looking for when they are judging at the county and state levels. Always check the latest State Fair Book for details on sizes and exhibit elements. Fair book will override what is listed in 4-H literature.

ROGERS COUNTY FAIR: Swine Nonimation (Market & Breeding) Form
The Market and Breeding Hog Nomination Form is due June 15th to Duane Stout.
ROGERS COUNTY FAIR: Junior & Open Poultry Show Pre-Entry Form
Exhibitors will be limited to a total of 10 entries in all combined open and junior classes. A bird can only be shown in the Open or Jr. Show, not both. A copy of the Pullorum Test must be sent with entry. Pullorum test will be available at the Rogers County Building Parking Lot: 4th Sat. in July - 8-12:00 noon and 4th Sunday in July, 3-5:00 p.m. Also the 4th Saturday in August - 8-12:00 noon and 4th Sunday in August, 3-5:00 p.m. Testing fee: 4-H & FFA - No Charge Open Class - .50 c per bird Mail entry to Robin Lujan.

ROGERS COUNTY FAIR: Certification of Academic Eligibility
Beginning the fall of September 2012 the Rogers County Fair Board required exhibitors in 7th grade or above to certify their academic eligibility in writing. Exhibitors showing as FFA student/member of the FFA advisor faculty may sign. For 4-H exhibitors a school official must sign. For home schooled exhibitors a parent/guardian may sign in place of the school official. Exhibitors will present the form to Fair officials upon request.
ROGERS COUNTY FAIR: Trevor Cody Hamilton Scholarship
A $1,000 scholarship is available for a student who is a rogers County high school senior currently involved in FFA that has a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 Application must be postmarked by January 2, 2020. Contact your FFA instructors, High School Counselor, or contact Mrs. Julie Lamb at
