4-H members who complete the attached form and turn it in to the Fair Board Office by noon on Thursday of the county fair will be eligible for a special award. This award is presented to the 4-H member who receives the most points for their indoor exhibit entries in the 4-H division of the county fair. See form for points.

Completion of this form is required to receive scholarship money from the Ottawa County 4-H Federation for activities that Ottawa County 4-H participates in. Deadline is September 16, 2011.

Youth 9 years old and older may complete a 4-H member enrollment card to be a member of 4-H. Turn the completed card in to a local 4-H club leader or at the Ottawa County Extension Office. A new membership form has to be completed each year.
