- Dances, Featured Speakers, Contests and Educational Workshops located across the OSU Campus
- Lodging on Campus in OSU Dorm Rooms
- Dates for 2008 will be July 30th, thru August 1st
- Must by 13 by January 1st, 2008
- Must complete either a County or State Record Book
- Must attend a County Orientation Meeting to Register
