SCHOLARSHIPS - The Kingfisher County HCE Organization sponsors an annual scholarship for a graduating high school senior who has a parent who is a member of the County HCE. The HCE Scholarship is $500 and will be divided for the fall and spring semesters and will be divided the same way between the two semesters. Applications are available at the OSU Extension Office. The deadline is March 1st.
