To be eligible for awards and trips you must complete a Project Record book each year. You can print out these forms or contact the County Extension Office for forms. You can purchase your project record book cover from the County Extension Office for $3.00.

(COUNTY RECORD BOOKS WILL BE DUE EVERY YEAR ON THE 2ND FRIDAY OF JUNE)

STATE PROJECT RECORD BOOK FORMS AND HELPFUL INFORMATION

DEADLINE TO COUNTY OFFICE MARCH 20, 2009. State book is completed by those 4-H'ers who are 14 and over. Contact the office for complete information, including any scholarships available. Applications available online or contact the County Extension Office.
