The Greer County Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service is your front door to Oklahoma State University, and is the local office of the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
The extension service is a cooperation between Oklahoma State University, the United Sates Department of Agriculture, Oklahoma and Greer County Governments, along with an extensive group of volunteers and cooperating agencies.
This website has been developed to make our programs more accessible and visible to you our clientelle. The Greer County OSU Extension Office provides programs in the following areas of interest:
Agriculture and Natural Resources: This includes programs in Horticulture; Crop Production; Livestock Production; and Agriculture Business.
Family & Consumer Science programs are provided to help Greer County ciitzens improve their quality of life.
4-H & Youth Development programs serve to develop our community’s youth by providing programming in a variety of areas. We strive to develop positive life skills in Greer Counties youth by training them in a variety of program areas.
Community and Economic Development programs are also part of our programming. These programs are intended to improve the economic or social conditions in Greer County. By improving on these condition we are able to improve our citizens quality of life.
The Greer County Extension Office can also assist High School students or other interested individuals with making enrollment contacts and providing recruitment information for anyone who may be interested in attending
