In addition to a steak dinner, an update to the Farm Bill will also be presented. Participants will learn about the changes to the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC), Price Loss Coverage (PLC) and commodity programs. Topics also on the agenda include treatment of crop base on grassland, crop insurance, livestock programs and disaster assistance, conservation programs and industrial hemp provisions. There is a charge of $25 (annual membership fee) to attend the meeting and banquet February 19, which includes the cost of the steak dinner provided at the meeting. Those wishing to attend are asked to rsvp no later than February 12.
