Garvin County Record Books an Medal Folder Information

Each year Garvin County 4-H members are encouraged to turn in a Yearly Project Medal Folder and/or a 4-H Permanent Record Book.

4-H members can earn project medals for work they have done in a particular project each year. Medals may only be earned one time during the member's 4-H career and you may apply for two projects medals each year. The Medal Folder Must include a story and you may also include pictures, but there are limitations. See the links below for the Project Medal form and instructions.
