Our Motivation
In an effort to determine the actual and perceived needs of Delaware County, the Partnership is currently conducting a Community Needs Assessment to assist in developing programs that will best serve county residents. At the same time, DCCP is also creating a Community Resource Directory to provide residents with up-to-date, helpful information regarding the many services and resources available at the local and state level.
