Is organic produce better than conventionally grown produce? Should you be avoiding aspartame? “Is That Really Good for You?” will discuss some of the myths around new food products and talk about what you really should be eating.

This lesson is part of the emergency preparedness programming that state specialists are focusing on; I.C.E. stands for ‘In Case of Emergency’ and is programmed into cell phones. This way, if something happens to the phone such as being lost or broken, a close contact can be reached right away.
