Super Snack Sack
A program designed for educators that is focused on the importance of snacks for young children. Includes information from the Food Guide Pyramid, Guidelines for Feeding Safety, and more. There is also a hands-on component for educators to prepare snacks with recipes provided by the OSU Extension staff.
Anatomy of MyPyramid
In April 2005, the U.S. Department of Agriculture introduced a new symbol and food guide called "MyPyramid." It replaced the Food Guide Pyramid introduced in 1992 and is part of an overall plan to emphasize a more personal approach to improving one's diet and lifestyle.

Lifecycle Nutrition
Good nutrition is important throughout one's life. Throughout the life cycle nutritional needs change. This presentation is broken out into eight separate lessons: Pregnancy, Lactation, Infant (0-1), Toddler (1-2), Pre-school (2-6), Young School Age (7-11), Adolescence (12-21), and Older Adult (21+).
