The 2009 4-H Round-Up is schedule for July 28 through July 31, 2009. The deadline for registration was June 22, 2009. We have 13 delegates from Caddo County attending Round-Up this year.

This medical release form is required before Round-Up delegates may board the bus to go to Round-Up. If make other travel arrangements you must bring 3 copies of this form with you to Round-Up.
